How SRXP’s expense reporting software works

Capture

Use the expenses app to capture receipts.

Employees capture receipts or create mileage expenses with the expenses app. Expenses are organised in reports and submitted in the portal.

Approve

Approve expense reports in the online portal.

Managers approve or reject the expense reports in the online SRXP portal. After approval the reports arrive at the finance department.

Export

Upload expenses to your ERP system.

Eventually the finance or HR department exports the approved reports to the company’s financial or HR software, or creates a CSV, Excel or PDF export.
