SRXP is the Dutch market leader in digitising expense reporting processes

SRXP digitises your expense reporting process with an expenses app and online portal. It is our goal to reduce expense reporting costs. We do so by offering integrations with your finance and payroll software, automated workflows, credit card integrations, VAT reclaim, and many other great features.

Thanks to these features and settings, SRXP fits into the financial processes of every company. At the moment, SRXP has over 25.0000 Users, ranging within SME’s to corporates such as Mammoet, Port of Rotterdam, and Bugaboo. SRXP is used in about 90 countries, and has partners such as Afas, Exact, and International Card Services.

Student start-up to market leader

In 2009, three savvy University of Amsterdam students participated in the interdisciplinary minor Entrepreneurship. They quickly stumbled upon a big problem for organisations: expense receipts of employees. Saving paper receipts for reimbursement (of course loosing of couple of them), filling out wieldy forms, and endless copying and archiving at the Finance department. Surely, there would be an easier way to do this using new technologies. It was at this time that the Dutch tax authorities changed their policy and started to accept digital receipts. In 2010, SRXP (then called SecuReceipt) was officially founded.

Pieter, Rogier and Mark quickly involved three developers into their project and before the minor was finished, they had a working prototype on Blackberry. Ecco and SkyTeam became SRXP’s first international clients. After these success stories, sales began to take off. SRXP was the first expense reporting solution in the Netherlands and one of the first in Europe.
