Movico is the specialist in brand marketing or facilitating sports events. With their extensive fleet of promotional trailers and mobile event structures they offer the possibility to reach, connect, engage and activate target audiences.
Working with many Operations Coordinators on several projects on a global scale, Movico was looking for a flexible mobile expense management solution, not only for their (cash) expenses, but also for submitting hours. The flexibility and features of SRXP suited Movico’s requirements. It was therefore a logical next step for them to test SRXP with a small group of colleagues.
With assistance of SRXP's Customer Success Manager Stefanos Kourelis, the 60-day pilot period was planned in detail and deliverables and evaluations were agreed upon.
Implementing new software system within an organisation is in many cases seen as time-consuming and difficult. The understandable and clear implementation documents together with the guidance of a Customer Success Manager took this burden away. Within no-time Movico started actually testing the SRXP expenses app and online portal.
During this pilot period, Movico experienced the full service of SRXP. This convinced them to roll-out company wide. The apps were exactly what they were looking for. According to financial controller Ivo Kuijpers, Movico has 'less paper work, which means more time for our clients. It's a win-win situation for everybody in the organisation'.
Since the entire set-up was done during the pilot, a company wide roll-out after the positive pilot evaluation was scalable and easy. The pilot period for Movico ended just before Christmas 2015, and already in the beginning of 2016 all employees have access to SRXP.
