In-app chat: a new communication channel for SRXP admins
We are happy to announce a new way of communicating with our admins. Starting today, our main channel of communication will be the in-app chat in the online portal of SRXP. However, defining it as a ‘chat’ doesn’t do justice to this new feature. There are more advanced ways we will use it, which we explain below.
First, we will use this chat to keep admins up to date on the status of your account, share ideas about how they can improve their usage of SRXP, and of course tell about new features we have released. This way users are always up-to-date about the possibilities of SRXP and know get the most out of it. We have advanced ways of segmenting our users, so users only get the messages that are relevant for them.
Of course, a chat is not a one-way street. Users can use the chat to ask questions to our support team. We will help as soon as possible. Please be aware that the in-app chat is only available for admins, not for other users. For other employees, as is always our policy, the admin is the first person to contact for other users within an organisation.
Last, every now and then we will also invite users to give input about which features they would like to see added to SRXP next. Thus users have real influence on the planning of our feature releases. Maybe someone will even put a new idea our innovation board!
